Creation of a new business venture
• 2015 | Entrepreneurship Project
Our team of students picked a business opportunity and performed an analysis in order to evaluate if it can be turned into a scalable business. After the competitive analysis and the research to indicate potential adoption by users/customers, we created a Business Plan. Our project aimed to encourage recycling in Hong Kong.
• 2014 | Marketing & Engineering Design Project
Users' Needs Analysis in order to create a new product
This project is the follow up of the Users' Needs Analysis course. By group of 4 people, we were requested to carry out a market analysis in order to understand market needs and afterwards find out about market segmentation and defining the offer. Draw up a document of functional requirements after identifying market needs. Then, create a new product concept and propose some technical solutions (product-process) by taking into account the economic feasibility of the product and the product marketing.
• 2013 | Computer Science Project
Use of Eclipse (java) to simulate and optimize a car factory
During the equivalent of two weeks, one of which is completely dedicated to this project, we had to provide an IT solution to a an industrial-type problem. This problem either has to come from Product Engineering or from Supply Chain Engineering. We worked in pairs and we had to optimize the distribution of references on an automobile assembly line.

Analysis of a product : Bench in Acropose
For the first year in my engineering school, we had a project in partnership with Acropose, a bench making compagny. In a team of 12, we analyzed and improved the life cycle of a bench. As the team leader, I organised the workload within 5 different approaches: Marketing, Supply chain, Storage, Design and Process. We ended the project by suggesting and documenting few improvments to the company.

Personal Initiative Project
During the second year of my post-secondary prep courses, I did a scientific project. The project was part of the national exam to enter an engineering school. I chose to study a system on the general theme of Movements. I worked on an old timepiece near my town.
