2-months Lean Manufacturing Project in a team of 3 students

         Winoa is the world leader for steel abrasives and diamond cutting tools. During 2 months, we spent few days a week in the company for a total of 13 days and we worked on the case at the university in the meantime, in order to prepare for the next day on the field. We integrated into a professional working environment and organise ourselves within our working group. We highlighted the principals sources of waste and loss during the manufacturing process.

6-months Engineering Project

        SpaceWays is a young business, part of Rocket Internet. It's an on-demand full-service storage company. Durable boxes are delivered to the customer’s doorstep and they fill them. Once full these boxes and any oversized items are picked up for free and are stored in secure facilities for a monthly price, returning them within 48 hours of the customer request. My mission's title was: "Amelioration of tools and methods in order to correct and consolidate third-party warehouse Operations tasks".

  • Optimization of tools and methods (Supply chain map, KPI, New runsheet format)

  • Increase the efficacy of the warehouse for picks (New outbound tool, Visual management, Mapping)

  • Audit and Monitor the scanning and inventory management processes (Data Management, Reporting)

        Cassia is a contract manufacturer specializing in the formulation, filling and packing of alcohol based fragrance products, such as aftershave, eau de toilette, eau de parfum, perfume. The factory has the capacity to produce over 3 tons of formulation and 30,000 units of bottled fragrances per day on two alcohol filling lines following by the packing lines and the cellophane overwrapping machine. I have learnt a lot in supply chain management, and developed a taste for quality.

5-months as Assistant to the Operations Manager

         We observed and interviewed about 20 employees working in an open-space in order to detect and highlight problems related to the interactions and needs of these employees. We provide propositions of solutions in order to make the open space more practical and improve communication.

6-days Improvement Project in a team of 3 students

  • Understand the needs and expectations of a wide range of employee

  • Analyse and rate a working place based on those criteria

  • Propose a new organisation of the open-space

I integrated the team and helped them with daily tasks and ongoing projects.

18-months as Supply Chain Coordinator

         White Toque, Inc. is the leading importer of European specialty products to the food service trade in the United States. The company is selling to 250 distributors and wholesalers nationwide and offer a wide selection of frozen and dry goods products.
